with Kurd Stars sport project) in winning (ALL NATIONS FOOTBALL
PROGRAMME) in London.
Kurd Stars staff would like to
take this opportunity to wish a happy new year to all the
Kurds, as 21st of March (Nawroz) is our new years (2708 Kurdish
calendar year). This tournament
is run by:
The London Playing Fields FOUNDATION.

05/03/2008 - Kurd Stars sport project congratulated and established
Nawroz FC based in London (in cooperation with Kurd Stars
sport project).
It’s established on 05.03.2008
as a remembrance of the Kurds’ uprising against dictatorships
in Iraq on 05/03/1991, which let to liberated almost whole
Kurdish land under Iraqi’s troop.

- Meeting with the head of Kurdistan F.A.
Sarkhell Nawroly (Chairman of Kurd Stars) met Safin Kanabi
(Head of Kurdistan FA - in Kurdistan of Iraq) they discussed
improving the sporting bridge between Europe and Kurdistan;
at the end they exchanged gifts.
His valuable gift (shown in the picture) was dedicated as
mark of appreciation to Kurd Stars’ project and what
Kurd Stars done so far for the Kurdistan FA (as one of Kurd
Stars' members designed the official emblem of Kurdistan FA).

Sarkhell Nawroly (Chairman of Kurd Stars) met several times
with Mr. Karim Omer Karim (Sport expert in Kurdistan of Iraq).
They discussed improving the sporting
bridge between Europe and Kurdistan; at the end he kindly became
a one of our supporting remembers and dedicated us a valuable
gift which was a summer kits for our summer league. And he is
also a father of our coach assistant, Zozek Omer.
